Registration of agencies

Information Technology department, Haryana has sent letters to   All Administrative Secretaries,    All Divisional Commissioners,  All Deputy Commissioners,  All Registrar of Universities,  All Head of Departments,   All Managing Director/Chief Executive/Chief Administrator of Boards, Corporations, Authorities and Cooperative Federations., regarding registration of agencies for procurement of standard software packages upto Rs. 10 Lakhs, in case any department wants to out source any such activity, it should invite offers from all the registered agencies.
