Annual Progress Reports

    Department has been rolling out various IT initiatives in line with the vision of Digital India and its pillars. The key verticals of the department are Society for IT Initiative Fund for e-Governance, Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (Hartron), Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited (HKCL) and National Informatics Center(NIC) have been playing a pivotal role in realizing this vision of Digital India and its pillars in Haryana.A specialized cadre of IT professionals has been created and put in place in the State to facilitate planning, designing, implementing and managing a wide range of IT initiatives at department/ organization levels.

    Some of the notable projects of the Department are as under:

    80 applications/websites of various Departments/organizations and 7 MMPs of Haryana Government have been hosted on Data Centre. A new security appliance has been deployed at Data Center to counter the cyber threats. A new State Data Centre is being planned at Panchkula to meet the future requirements of the State. To enhance the security and augment the infrastructure of the existing Sate Data Center,the existing SDC is being revamped and the tendering process for the same is under way. A new Disaster Recovery site is also under implementation at C-DAC, Hyderabad to provide redundancy to the State Data Centre, the tendering process for procurement and implementation of the same is also under progress.

    SWAN implemented in the State in the year 2007 by connecting State Headquarter with all District Headquarters, Haryana Civil Secretariat and Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi, all Blocks/ Sub-Divisions/ Tehsils/ Sub-Tehsils vertically for data transfer, Video etc. Beside this, offices of various departments have been connected horizontally on this network. SWAN is fully operational in the State and is being utilized for intra-departmental transfer of data & conducting video conferencing at district & departmental level. M/s RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. is managing the operations of this network since January 2015. As on date, 100% uptime at vertical connectivity has been achieved for 143 sites and 92% uptime for 1134 horizontal sites of departments has been achieved. Overall connectivity for vertical sites is enhanced to MPLS from point to point links including BNMCs.

    6188 Gram Panchayats (GPs) of Haryana State have been declared service ready by Bharat Broadband Network Ltd. (BBNL)/Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) under BharatNet project of Govt. of India.

    Over 1223 Wi-Fi hotspots(over 925 in Phase 1 & 298 in Phase 2)have been deployed in Gram Panchayats(GPs)and 76 places of cultural/historical/administrative importance in 20 districts have been provided with this facility.

    15,311 ASKs (10,100 in rural areas and 5211 in urban areas) have been registered in the State.These ASKs are the access points for delivery of essential public utility services, Social Welfare Schemes, Healthcare, Financial, Education and Agriculture services, apart from host of B2C services to Citizens in Rural and Urban areas of the State.

    SARAL facilitates in aligning with Digital India’s vision of faceless, paperless and cashless service delivery model. SARAL has been developed on Service Plus Framework and aims to transform citizen service delivery in Haryana through complete digitization of over 550+ services. The vision for SARAL is a unified platform to deliver and track Government-to-Citizen (G2C) services across the state. As on date, 542 Schemes and services cutting across 39 departments/ boards/ corporations have been brought online on Antyodaya SARAL portal.

    The objective of the State Government is to promote digital payments and achieve less-cash society (gradually moving towards the cashless way). To take it further an integrated monitoring tool i.e. “Haryana Cashless Consolidation Portal” was developed to monitor the progress and penetration of different modes of digital payment transactions in the State. More than 316.52 Crore digital transactions have been recorded across the State from April 2017 till February 2020 and Haryana stands at No. 2 position in the category of large states throughout the Country in digital payment transactions per capita basis. More than 4.83 Lakh merchants onboarded on BHIM platform by CSC VLEs.

    Earlier, ISMO was being contacted by the State Govt. Organizations for their Information Security related requirements. Many of the queries of the departments stakeholders can be resolved in they have knowledge and awareness cyber security concepts. Hence, there was a need to provide a platform to such stakeholders to enable suitable dissemination of cyber security related content and information.

    Hence, the ISMO portal was launched which acts as a common platform for security governance and provides guidelines/ policies for adequate protection for information, helps respond to evolving security threats & in reducing costs associated with information security, best practices & components that enable prompt detection, analysis & countering of cyber security threats and consolidated information from a variety of external sources that provides insight into threats & vulnerabilities.

    As part of the ISMO portal, an Information Security e-learning exam (ISeLX) portal was launched by the Hon’ble Finance Minister, Government of Haryana on 15th January 2019 at Digital Innovation and Cyber Security Summit at Gurugram. The Department through its in-house development team developed this portal with a vision to spread awareness and build knowledge on various topics related to Information & Cyber security to students of different age groups with an objective to build Cyber Secure ecosystem.

    A toll-free number (1800-180-4766) was launched by the Hon’ble Finance Minister, Government of Haryana on 15thJanuary 2019 at Digital Innovation and Cyber Security Summit at Gurugram. It has been started for facilitating the citizens on their Information Security needs & reporting of incidents with a procedure to provide remedies, counter the attacks and follow-up with police & national agencies for appropriate escalation (if required).

    The main objective of this indigenously developed portal is to conduct examinations for promotion of police staff from the rank of the constable online at different locations (exam centers) at the same time without any manual intervention and checking. It has also led to efficiently evaluate the candidate thoroughly through a fully automated system that not only saves lot of time but also gives accurate & real-time results. First batch of more than 8,000 police staff with real-time result declaration and further exams shall be conducted using this on a regular basis.

    The Haryana State Government has been a key driver for adoption of DigiLocker, which is a key initiative of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India under Digital India Programme, for enabling paperless, faceless and cashless governance for citizens. The DigiLocker platform enables the authorized access of documents and certificates issued by an authority and verification of same anytime, anywhere in a digital format. The initiative has enabled citizens to go away with the need of carrying physical documents as most of digitally issued documents available on DigiLocker platform are accepted by authorities in their electronic form. As on date, 24 documents of 8 Departments have been made available through the DigiLocker service of Govt. of India for verification of documents and Certificates in a Digital Way.Government of Haryana has issued a Government Order mandating all Government departments, boards, corporations, autonomous bodies, academic institutions and universities of the State for implementation of DigiLocker.

    The National e Governance division (NeGD), Department of Electronics & Information Technology (DeitY), Government of India has developed Rapid Assessment System (RAS), an automated system, to collect feedback from user – citizen about e Services delivered by Government through various channels like SMS, Web, Mobile app, etc. RAS provides an online mechanism for getting feedback from citizens on e-services provided by Governments across the country. Also, it facilitates in analyzing the feedbacks and generating knowledge out of it, which in turn, helps in improving the users/ citizens’ experience in availing public services. As on date, 390 services of 33 Departments have been integrated with RAS in Haryana. Additionally, RAS – IVRS (Integrated Voice response System) integration is in the final stages of Go-Live where an outbound call will be initiated from the system to take the feedback and increase feedback percentage.

    Haryana is ranked 2ndin the country with Aadhaar saturation of 108%. In addition to this, MoU has been signed between School Education Department with CSC for mandatory Biometric updation of Aadhaar for school students of age above 5 years.

    Government of Haryana is making consistent efforts in building up a dynamic & concrete Start-up Ecosystem in the State that stimulates independent thinking, innovative ideas and helps Start-ups in different stages of their entrepreneurial journey. Innovation and Start-up Hub in Gurugram has been fully operational with a total area of 1,20,000 Sq. feet providing world class infrastructure and facilities to the Start-up Ecosystem Stakeholders. Three Government owned Incubators NASSCOM 10K Start-up Warehouse’, ‘IAMAI-GoH Mobile 10X Hub’ and ‘Center of Excellence for Internet of Things (CoE-IoT)’ are providing facilitation to more than 40 Start-ups (having 30 % women entrepreneurs) with 100+ team members in-house and multiple external start-ups from across the State. United Nations Technology Innovation Lab (UNTIL) to promote culture of entrepreneurship and innovation among women entrepreneurs is setup and ready for operations. Incubator with Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) for Block chain technology is set up and ready for operations. BSC BioNEST Bio-Incubator Incubator in Faridabad has been associated with the State Start-up Ecosystem to create a robust incubation network in the state.

    DITECH with a view to ease the start-up entrepreneurship is strengthening the foundation of the start-up ecosystem in the state by associating academia through establishment of Incubation Centres across 07 (Seven) State Universities campus for which Grant of INR 30 lakhs to each State Universities has been provided by the State Government to encourage the Student entrepreneurs in the State.

    The State Government also provided a special financial relief measures to its Start-ups working in Government owned Incubators in the form of rental waiver for a period of 02 months i.e. from 15th March 2020 to 15th April 2020 in view of the COVID-19 situation.

    10 services of Revenue and Disaster Management Haryana and2 services of Public Health Engineering Department have been integrated with this app.

    In order to improve efficiency, effectiveness, turnaround time, transparency and accountability,an official order has been released by CS office with a direction to use e-Office software for electronic movement of files and ensuring compliance. As on date, more than 1,57,000 eFiles and 1,14,750 eReceipts have been moved in e-Office in 40 Departments in Haryana.

    STPI Centre at Gurugram is already operational and currently, a CoE for Blockchain is being set-up. The 2ndSTPI centre is being set up at Panchkula for which MOU signed between Hartron and STPI for transfer of land to STPI for the purpose.

    Other key initiatives during COVID-19 Pandemic

    Covid Sangharsh Senani Portal ( was launched by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana to enable the registration of any utility shops i.e. any interested shop/ store owner (Kiryana/ vegetable/ milk/ chemist, etc.) can register to supply the required items and to enable anyone who wants to help people as a volunteer by contributing to the fight against Coronavirus. This Portal also has a feature to collect donations from volunteer/ shop owners/ citizens for Haryana Corona Relief Fund. This portal also gives a feature to seek the consent and details of potential Plasma donors i.e. the citizens who have recovered from COVID-19 and are in between the age of 18 to 65 to donate convalescent Plasma.In addition to that, Teleconsultation for Mental Health are being conducted by 239 Psychologists registered as volunteers on this portal, to handle stress using a toll-free no. 1100 through call centre. As on date, more than 89,580 people have registered to help the government in its fight against the spread of coronavirus in Haryana through this portal and more than 77,410 shop registrations have been received on this portal till date. Additionally, more than 350 citizens have provided their consent and details to donate Plasma.

    Government of Haryana, on 22nd June 2020 has launched a portal named “Haryana Atmanirbhar Portal” ( for extending Financial and Banking Services of Haryana to the residents of the State.

    • Haryana Interest Waiver Scheme: The portal caters to the ‘Haryana Interest Waiver Scheme’ of the Finance Department. It will act as a facilitator platform for people of the State who will be able to take loans without any collateral and 2 percent amount of interest will be borne by the State Government under the said scheme. Three types of loans can be availed, which include Differential Rate of Interest Scheme (DRI) Loan, Shishu Loan (Mudra Scheme) and Education Loan. Under the Differential Rate of Interest Loan Scheme (DRI), people from rural areas having a family income of Rs. 18,000 per month and people living in urban areas having a family income of Rs. 24,000 per month will be given loans without any collateral. The requirement of a family income certificate has been simplified by linking Aadhaar with Parivar Pehchan Patra.
    • Haryana Bank Slot Booking: This application shall enable the citizens of Haryana to book an appointment/ slot to visit their respective bank branch and/ or get the cash delivered to their home using Home Postal Bank Service. Using this application, the citizen shall be able to select their preferred data and time of the appointment/ slot for availing the service. In case the appointment/ slot is not available, they would have an option to choose the next available slot. The portal also has an option to enable the citizens with feature phones to avail the facility of banking services via sending SMS to Long code 9779630630. Here the citizen will get auto time slot/ appointment from the bank of the next working day.
    • Cash Delivery at Home: The portal enables the citizens of Haryana to get the cash delivered to their home using Cash Delivery at Home by Postal Bank Service. The citizen can enter/ search IFSC CODE of the branch and select date and slot for visiting the bank branch. After successfully booking the slot, the citizen can download the receipt of the same. The citizen can enter required details by entering his address/ Pin code and place a request to withdraw amount from the Aadhaar Linked Account with minimum amount of Rs 1,000 up to a limit of Rs.10,000. After successfully filling in the details, citizen can also download the receipt. The Post Office will contact the citizen and facilitate delivery of cash at home. The portal is user-friendly and the same can be used by customers using internet on the smartphone or through computer/ laptop.

    Haryana Bank Slot Booking and Cash Delivery at Home features were earlier launched on 21stApril 2020 by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana. As on 14th August 2020, the statistics are as under:

    Covid sample is a Web based portal ( having dashboard for capturing the data of test results of COVID-19 samples done by COVID-19 labs for the entire State of Haryana. All labs shall be given user credentials to enter the data of the test results done and to visualize it centrally at the Hon’ble CM Haryana Level.The application is live since 15th Apr 2020. Users: Health and Medical Education Department & Food and Drugs Department. The dashboard is being monitored directly by Hon’ble CM.

    As on 14th August 2020, the statistics are as under:

    • No. of Patients whose samples have been tested positive: 33,383

    Healthy Haryana is web based as well as mobile application for door to door household survey of ILI symptomatic patients using android based mobile App and Data entry of physical surveys done previously. Using survey data, required reports can be generated and heat maps can also be generated on map of Haryana to visualize the spread pattern COVID-19 patients across State and define the containment zones as red, green etc. accordingly.The application has been made live; district admin users have been created for Panchkula & Gurgaon.

    As on 14thJune 2020, the statistics are as under:

    The Jansahayak HelpMe App is designed in order to provide Government Services and facilitate the citizens of Haryana State during the crisis of Covid-19. Citizens can make requests for Dry ration or Cooked Food, Book an LPG cylinder, Seek shelter at a Relief Camp, Call for Ambulance, Consult a Doctor, Seek Movement Pass from District Administration, Seek an appointment with a Bank, Book a slot to sell crops at any Anaaj Mandi through e-Kharid, access the e-Learning resources, etc.The Jansahayak HelpMe App was launched on 25th April 2020 and is available for download from Google Play Store. Number of downloads is more than 1,00,000.

    Sahayak Haryana is an android based mobile application (downloaded from Google App store & for the awareness of the public and dissemination of correct information to the citizens on the growing pandemic of the Corona Virus. The mobile app includes Haryana COVID dashboard, details of confirmed COVID cases in the vicinity, quick self-health checkup, locating nearest COVID medical facilities, location of nearest essential commodity shops, and latest advisories & guidelines issued by the Central/ State Government.Both web & mobile application are live.

    As on date, the statistics are as under:

    • Self-health assessments through app: 550+

    Under the Haryana MyGov portal, an online competition “COVID Soldier” for citizens asking for their innovative suggestions for fighting against the Covid-19 pandemic was launched. The participants were given an option to upload their own poems, songs, stories, and messages in the ‘Comments’ section below in the form of text, images or video.A committee was formed to evaluate the responses and based on the evaluation of the responses; winners were finalized. Cash awards ranging from Rs. 100 to Rs. 1000 was given depending on the creativity of each winner. The duration of the competition was from 22ndMarch 2020 to 31stMay 2020.A total of 740 responses in English and 1306 responses in Hindi were evaluated and a total of 102 winners were announced from 22nd March 2020 to 31st May 2020.

    A COVID-19 helpline has been created regarding Financial help to unorganized workers (Rs.1,000/ week/ family) and Mukhya Mantri Pariwar Smridhi Yojana (MMPSY) Financial support to families. This helpline shall help families in distress for providing Food/ Shelter and the calls received shall be transferred to respective District HQ/ Control room number 1950. It has been live since 28th March 2020.

    An application was developed and made operationalbasis the instructions from Hon’ble CM, Government of Haryana to connect families with safe, reliable in-home caregivers for senior citizens to guide and assist the elderlies in their personal hygiene and meet their day-to-day needs.

    Apart from the above initiatives, 17 projects have also been developed and implemented by NIC, Haryana.

    The names of the projects are as under:

    Litigation Management System is designed for Departments, Corporations, Boards and other state bodies to monitor the status of the case related to them.LMS is a Generic, integrated workflow based system to be implemented across Haryana Govt. The user Departments of LMS will enter their cases to them in the system. This software will be integrated with High Court for fetching out the data for cases related to the different departments. AG Office will work as a nodal office. It has been launched across 190 Departments/ Boards/ Corporations etc. of Government of Haryana. As on 7thAugust 2020, more than 4.148 Lakh cases have been entered related to Supreme Court/ High Court/ District Courts/ Tribunals etc. LMS has been integrated with Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court. Integration with District Courts is under development.Provision of entering property details regarding any court case will be added shortly.

    HRERA portal is successfully implemented in the entire state of Haryana via two authorities, RERA Panchkula and RERA Gurgaon respectively. The Jurisdiction of HRERA, Panchkula is entire Haryana except the revenue district Gurugram. Haryana Real Estate Authority, Gurugram situated at Gurugram has the jurisdiction of entire revenue district Gurugram. Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (HREAT) has been made functional with automated work flow in the present portal.A new Agent Registration Module for online registration and payment,a new Record Room Module for consigning records of cases which are disposed/dismissed etc. after hearings and a new Quarterly Progress Filing Module for filing quarterly progress by Promoter/Developers has been added in portal. This filing of quarterly progress by Promoter/Developers has been made mandatory and if not adheredto,HRERA authorities can penalize them financially and file sou-motu cases on the Promoters. Till date, the total projects registered in Panchkula and Gurugram are 352& 401 respectively, total agents registered in Panchkula and Gurugram are 591&1298 respectively, total appeals registered at Appellate Tribunal are 967 and total Complaints registered in Panchkula and Gurugram are 3737&5526 respectively, total appeals disposed/dismissed at Tribunal are 310 and total complaints disposed/dismissed in Panchkula and Gurugram are 1903&2480 respectively.

    Web-HALRIS is a Web-Enabled integrated solution for Deed Registration and land records management. Major modules included in WEB-HALRIS are Deed Registration, Jamabandi, Mutation, Khasra Gridawari and Reports etc. This software has been implemented in all 142 Tehsils. Salient features of WEB-HALRIS includes integration of Deed Registration and land Records, integration with e-GRAS for E-Stamping, appointment for Deed Registration, Online Mutations, etc.

    E-Girdawari is a mobile app to capture the details of the Khasra-Girdawari (Harvest Inspection) which is an important activity carried out by Revenue Department at least two times a year and special Girdawari is also held as and when exigency arises. During Khasra Girdawari, a register is to be prepared and be kept up by the Patwari. Until recently, the exercise was carried out manually and the record so collected is then entered in the HALRIS Software. No record like the GPS coordinates or the images of the crop were kept in the record. The Khasra-Girdawari is checked by the senior revenue functionaries also to ensure correctness of data so collected. Khasra Girdawari of Kharif 2019 is done using this mobile app. Next Rabi & Kharif Girdawari of 2020 are being performed using eGirdhawari Mobile App.

    Since CSC/VLEs are already part of e-District ecosystem in state of Haryana, so it was decided to rollout Workflow Based BPL Entitlement service under e-District framework. Any citizen of Haryana who falls under BPL (Below Poverty Line) criteria can visit nearest CSC (Common Service Center)/ ADC office and submit his application. CSC/ADC office will feed application online at with his credentials and generate a unique reference/transaction no. for status tracking. Total BPL 9,72,727 registrationshave been done till now

    Department of Rural Development and Urban Local Bodies department have laid down their inclusion/ exclusion criteria based on various socio-economic parameters. All DC approved applications are sent to Food and Civil Supplies department electronically for issuance of the BPL Cards. As per directions of Government, this exercise will continue now, and all approved cases will be sent on Monthly basis.

    A web portal ( has been developed NIC Haryana for farmers to self-report crop sown information along with land and bank account details. For this, farmers can visit the web portal from any internet point. Farmers need to authenticate themselves through OTP received on their mobile number before filling-up all details. As per instructions, farmers have been denied reporting crop information on the Governmentland, but module has been made available to report crop details on panchayat land after farmer enters OTP received on the Sarpanch’s mobile number. Farmers can also lodge their grievances as part of this portal. A module for grievance handling is also under process. A dashboard has been prepared on various parameters and is available at

    e-Kharid system of Mandi Board for procurement has been integrated with MFMB via APIs to fetch real time information of Registered farmers along with Land and Bank account details.Filtered data has already been uploaded by Nodal officer of Agriculture Department daily in prescribed format to PM-Kisan National Portal.

    ePDS has been implemented across the State covering for Online Ration Cards Management, Allocation, Supply Chain Management, Ration distribution through PoS devices at FPS using Aadhaar based authentication using both Cash and Cashless (successfully carried out in Ambala and Panchkula on pilot basis) modes. During the COVID Lockdown, 5,94,646 DRTs (Distress Ration Tokens) have been generated for providing ration to the needy people who do not have any valid Ration Card and food grains have been distributed to all these needy people.

    This system caters to more than 16,29,3419 beneficiaries. The computerization of ePDS has resulted in transparency in the system and thereby adding savings to the State exchequer by carrying out de-duplication of beneficiaries.

    Haryana Government has developed all 22 district websites of Haryana using Secure, Scalable and Sugamya (S3WAAS) platform of NIC. All district websites of Haryana on S3WAAS are now Government of India Guidelines for Websites (GIGW) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) compliant and bilingual, providing contents in English as well as in Hindi. Apart from this, 48 websites of various Departments have become GIGW compliant.

    State Government is implementing the Cadastral mapping project jointly with Survey of India. The Survey of India has started the Large-Scale GIS mapping of entire Rural, Urban and Abadi Deh areas. The SoI has started implementing the prestigious project of Large-Scale GIS mapping of entire Rural, Urban and Abadi Deh areas. The pilot Sirsi village in Karnal has been completed for the Rural and Abadi Deh Area and field verification of Sirsi work has been done. Under the Sirsi pilot project, each property/ land in Abadi Deh (Lal Dora) has been mapped using Drones and uniquely identified. The digital cadastral map of rural/ agriculture land has been integrated with Web-BhuNaksha and Web-HALRIS for online partitions. The ‘Lal Dora’ signifies village land with Abadi (residential houses). The area is alienated from the agriculture land and, therefore, not included in revenue records.

    The Lokayukta helps to generate a feeling of assurance among the public at large providing a mechanism to fall back upon when faced with corrupt public servants. This portal has following features:

    • Acceptance and marking of Complaint/ Grievances
    • Enquiry and Disposal of complaints
    • Finalization of complaints
    • Daily Cause lists and Monitoring of Reports etc.

    Cert-In security audit process is in final stage. All information required by ISMO has been provided through Department to issue the security Audit certificate for Lokayukta application.

    To provide a comprehensive document management system for the Haryana Revenue Department, NIC Haryana has developed a centralized solution for automation of storage and retrieval of scanned revenue records, court cases and official files. M/s CBSL has been engaged for digitizing the manual records of the Department, which includes scanning and storage of scanned pdf along with metadata. The developed solution has a mechanism in place for verification of the digitized record by the concerned official. It also has the provision to search and issue/ print the digitized records. The scanning, storage, verification & approval of scanned pdf file has been implemented at district level revenue record rooms. Search, print and issue module is under development.

    Digital delivery of Government services provides ease of access to the citizens. Faceless and paperless governance is a key to reduce physical contact of public with the Government. To confer to the Haryana Right to Information Rule 2009, Government of Haryana has developed a web portal to enable citizens to upload their RTI queries online. In the backend, a role bases access mechanism is established for each concerned Department through which the respective departments will be able to process and reply the RTI queries pertaining to their Departments.

    State has also implemented e-TDS system for filing income tax return, disbursement of employee loan through bank, inhouse e-stamping system, Aadhaar based biometric attendance system and digitally signed bills submission in the treasury.

    Future Initiatives

    Government of Haryana is setting up a Centre of Excellence for “Block Chain” Technology at STPI Gurugram with State of Art Incubation facilities admeasuring approximately 10000 Sq. ft. CoE will use IBM Block chain platform built on Linux Foundation’s hyper ledger Fabric and Hyper ledger Composer. The IBM Block chain Platform provides a managed, full stack block chain-as-a-service (BaaS) offering delivered through the IBM Cloud. The CoE shall explore other emerging platforms for block chain technology and not be restricted to IBM platforms only.

    In order to address the cyber security challenges faced by various state government departments, the Cyber Security Policy 2017 of Government of Haryana was launched on September 2017. The state government is working extensively in the domain of cyber security and multiple initiatives are being taken for seamless implementation and capacity building in Cyber Security domain.

    The Mask App is designed and developed on the instructions of the W’ Chief Secretary Office to enable the administration to challan (Rs. 500/-) citizens not wearing masks. This app shall facilitate better implementation of the notification of the Health Department No. 32/3-IDSP-020/3318-24 dated: 27-05-2020. The application is integrated with the treasury application to settle the challan amount collected in cash by the designated officer. It also has the provision to pay the challan amount online by the Citizen.The application is demonstrated to W’ Chief Secretary, APS CM, Director General ULB and awaiting official communication regarding domain name etc. for the launch.

    Customized web portal for employees to submit medical bill online, automated solution for digital transfer of epos to pension sanctioning authorities and treasures and pensioners and customization of salary system for Boards and Corporations are under development.
